PREPARATION – BEFORE INSTALLATION:
1. This product should be installed with proper installation tools.
2. Install this product while observing all warnings and precautions stated in this instruction booklet.
3. Read entire installation guide prior to beginning the installation of the accessory.
4. Ensure vehicle is properly protected from damage during installation.
5. Never place tools or parts on top of painted surfaces, seats, dash pad, console or floor carpet / mat.
6. Always wear appropriate safety gear to include gloves and eye protection when required.

- 1. Remove some of the door gasket at the top of the hatch door frame to get access to the headliner. 2. Gently pull the headliner down slightly. Route the end of the power wire with the two connectors under the headliner, toward the right side of the car, down, and then behind the trim panels to the existing light.
- 3. Back where you started take the other end of that cable and route it through the LEFT rubber tube running between the doorframe and the hatch (the right one supplies water for the rear windshield washer – Leave It Alone). 4. After (NOT Before) that is done insert the two wires into the provided plastic connector making sure that the red and white wires will match up to the red and white wires on the connector that it goes into. Replace the gasket.
- No cutting is necessary for the installation, the lights replace two access panel covers on the inside of the rear hatch. All parts necessary for the installation are included. If you need installation video, kindly contact seller for help. Thank you.

Open rear gate before disconnecting battery.
Fold third-row seats down. Remove cargo area Remove cargo tray cover and right side panel.

Loosen the clips and remove the left rear
passenger door scuff cover.
Loosen the claws and remove (3) bolt covers.
Remove (4) bolts as indicated by arrows.
Remove (3) bolts as indicated by arrows.
Disconnect the seating sensor connector. Remove
the seat assembly.
Remove rear cargo tray. Lift straight up and
remove.

Be careful not to damage the rear air
conditioning system piping.
Third -row seats are heavy. When
removing and installing them, always
work in a team of two or more persons.

Trim panels will be removed or loosened in the
order indicated.
Loosen clips and remove trim panel assembly.
Locate trim panel assembly apron. Remove the luggage room light assembly.
Release claws to remove.
Disconnect the light assembly. This connector will
be the attachment point for the new harness.
Remove screws and bolts from trim panel
assembly apron.

Attach harness to vehicle harness. Secure with (8) wire ties on harness locations indicated by
orange tape. Trim wire ties.
Attach harness to vehicle sheet metal. Peel protector off adhesive surface of cable mounts. Secure
the (5) cable mounts in locations indicated by arrows.
Do not cinch the wire ties tight until harness routing is complete.
Verify attachment surface is clean.

Connect illumination harness to lamp harness.
Wrap connection with (1) adhesive pad.
Reinstall D pillar cover removed in step 21.
Reconnect harness to lamp disconnected in step

Connect illumination harness to illuminated cover.
Secure connector to the wire harness with (1) wire tie.
Install illuminated trim panel cover assembly. Carefully reinstall trim panel removed in step 19.
Use care aligning clips and claws.

Verify Luggage room light is on
Verify upper trim panel is illuminated
If light is off press on-off switch
located on right side of trim piece
Reconnect ground terminal from the battery sensor.

Test illuminated trim panel.
Reinstall rear cargo tray removed in step 7.
Reinstall the (4) clips removed in step 6 and
securing the rear floor edge.
Reattach claws and clips of the rear passenger
door scuff cover removed in step 8.

Ouvrez le hayon avant de débrancher la batterie.
Retirez le couvercle du plateau de chargement et
le panneau latéral droit.
Rabattez les sièges de la troisième rangée
vers le bas. Retirez le couvercle de l’aire de
chargement, le cas échéant.
Retirez les (7) clips fixant le rabat du siège de la
3e rangée.
Desserrez les (4) clips et retirez le bord du
plancher arrière.
Débranchez la borne de masse du capteur de
batterie. Attendre au moins 60 secondes avant de
commencer le travail.

Desserrez les clips et retirez le revêtement
de protection de la porte du passager arrière
gauche.
Desserrez les griffes et retirez les (3)
cache-boulons.
Retirez les (4) boulons comme indiqué par les
flèches.
Retirez les (3) boulons comme indiqué par les

Débrancher le connecteur du capteur d’assise.
Retirez l’ensemble de siège.

Les panneaux de garniture seront retirés ou
desserrés dans l’ordre indiqué.
Desserrez les clips et retirez l’assemblage du
panneau de garniture.
Localisez le tablier d’assemblage du panneau de
garnissage.
Retirez l’ensemble d’éclairage du coffre à bagages.
Relâchez les griffes pour les retirer.
Débranchez l’ensemble d’éclairage. Ce connecteur
sera le point d’attache du nouveau harnais.
Retirez les vis et les boulons du tablier
d’assemblage du panneau de garniture.

Fixez le harnais au harnais du véhicule. Fixez avec (8) attache s métalliques aux emplacements
du faisceau indiqués par du ruban orange. Coupez les attaches métalliques.
Fixez le faisceau à la tôle du véhicule. Décollez le protecteur de la surface adhésive des supports
de câble. Fixez les (5) supports de câble aux emplacements indiqués par des flèches.
Ne serrez pas les attaches de câble jusqu’à ce que l’acheminement du faisceau soit terminé.
Vérifiez que la surface de fixation est propre.

Connectez le faisceau d’éclairage au faisceau de
lampe. Enveloppez la connexion avec (1) tampon
adhésif.
Réinstallez le couvercle du montant D retiré à
l’étape 21.
Reconnectez le faisceau à la lampe déconnectée
à l’étape 17.
Connectez le faisceau d’éclairage au couvercle
éclairé. Fixez le connecteur au faisceau de câbles
avec (1) attache de câble.
Réinstallez soigneusement le panneau de
garniture retiré à l’étape 19.
Installez l’ensemble de couvercle de panneau de
garniture éclairé.
Faites attention en alignant les clips et les
griffes.

Réinstallez les (4) boulons retirés à l’étape 11. Réinstallez les (7) clips retirés à l’étape 5 pour les
fixer.
Réinstallez les (3) boulons retirés à l’étape 10. Réinstallez les couvercles de boulons retirés à
l’étape 9.
Réinstallez les vis et les boulons du tablier
d’assemblage du panneau de garniture retirés
à l’étape 18.
Rattachez les griffes et les clips du tablier
d’assemblage du panneau de garniture.

Vérifiez que la lumière de la salle
des bagages est allumée
Vérifiez que le panneau de garniture
supérieur est éclairé
Si la lumièr e est éteinte, appuyez
sur l’inter rupteur marche-arrêt situé
sur le côté dr oit de la gar niture
Reconnectez la borne de masse du capteur de
batterie. Attendre au moins 60 secondes avant de
démarrer le véhicule.
Testez le panneau de garniture éclairé.
Réinstallez le plateau de chargement arrière
retiré à l’étape 7.
Réinstallez les (4) clips retirés à l’étape 6 et
fixez le bord du plancher arrière.
Remettez en place les griffes et les clips du
revêtement de protection de la porte du passager
arrière retirés à l’étape 8.
Douille et Cliquet
Risque d’électrocution présent.
Faites attention en alignant les clips et les griffes.
