This bulletin announces a design change to the power steering pump to address customer concerns of increased steering effort, especially in cold temperatures.

SERVICE PROCEDURE / INFORMATION
If you receive a customer concern of increased steering effort as described above, replace the power steering pump assembly following the procedure in the applicable Service Manual.
