Installation procedure

３. Specification
- The ornament on the top is an alumite applied to the aluminum pressed product, and the pattern and STI letters are dented and colored.
In addition, the upper part of the knob body is wrapped in denple black leather, and the lower part is a 6MT dedicated shift knob that has been blasted using aluminum material and finished with alumite treatment.

４. Work procedure
- Remove the genuine shift knob.
- Tighten the STI shift knob to a position where it can be securely fixed. (As a guide, tighten the shift knob comfortably and then tighten it about half a turn to one turn from where it stopped.)
- If the shift pattern on the top of the shift knob does not face the front, adjust in the additional tightening direction.
Handling Precautions
- The shift knob may become hot or cold depending on the temperature and sunshine conditions.
In that case, please wear driving gloves.
- If the shift knob is tightened more than necessary, the threaded part may be damaged.
