There are situations where the tool called for in the Service Manual is not the tool that SOA recommends for the job. Examples of these situations include:
- An equivalent tool is offered under a different part number
- SOA develops a tool that is not included in the Service Manual
To help locate tools, in addition to the Service Manual Tool Part Number and the Special Service Tool Part Number, where available, the part number for the essential tool kit release has been included.
