INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

DESCRIPTION:
Exterior Graphics – Side
PREPARATION – BEFORE INSTALLATION:
1. This product should be installed with proper installation tools.
2. Install this product while observing all warnings and precautions stated in this instruction booklet.
3. VERY IMPORTANT: Thoroughly wash vehicle with Soap and Water.
4. Parts storage should be flat at room temperature and in a clean dry place. Care should be taken to avoid a dusty environment.
Notes to the Installer
1. Read the entire installation instructions prior to beginning the installation of the accessory.
2. Ensure that the vehicle is properly protected in the area that the accessory is to be installed.
3. To prevent vehicle damage, never place tools on top of painted surfaces, seats, dash pad, console or floor carpet / mat.
4. Always wear appropriate safety gear to include gloves and eye protection when required.
1 Alcohol
Thoroughly wash vehicle with a soft lint-free cloth. Wipe the panel where the Exterior Graphic will be installed with alcohol wipes. Allow the area to dry completely.
2 Dry Fit
Align the Exterior Graphic into position using the handling tabs and character lines on the bottom edge of the rear door. See Step 7 for more clarity.
3 Separate Liner
Remove liner from Exterior Graphic as shown. To prevent contamination, limit touching adhesive side of the Exterior Graphic by using handling tabs.
4 Spray Vehicle / Adhesive of Exterior Graphic
Spray the adhesive side of the Exterior Graphic with the soap and water solution. Then spray the vehicle surface where the Exterior Graphic will be installed.
5 Exterior Graphic Placement
While using the handling tabs align the Exterior Graphic to the door panel.
6 Exterior Graphic Placement
While using the handling tabs, then align the left side of the Exterior Graphic to the door panel edge.
7 Exterior Graphic Placement
While using the handling tabs, lastly align the premask to the character line on the bottom edge of the rear door. Ensure there is a gap between premask and lower door trim.
8 Spray Exterior Graphic Premask
Spray the top surface of the premask with the soap and water solution. This makes it possible for the squeegee to slide easily across the surface.
9 Squeegee Exterior Graphic
Using smooth even overlapping strokes squeegee the Exterior Graphic into position.
10 Dry Fit Preparation
Peel away about 3-5” of the premask from the front edge of the rear door to aid in checking alignment for next step.
11 Dry Fit
Align the Exterior Graphic into position using the handling tabs, door notches and character line on the bottom edge of the front door.
12 Separate Liner
Remove liner from Exterior Graphic as shown. To prevent contamination, limit touching adhesive side of the Exterior Graphic by using handling tabs.
13 Spray Vehicle / Adhesive of Exterior Graphic
Spray the adhesive side of the Exterior Graphic with the soap and water solution. Then spray the vehicle surface where the Exterior Graphic will be installed.
14 Exterior Graphic Placement
While using the handling tabs align the right of the Exterior Graphic to the door panel edge. This door panel edge will be the anchor for the front graphic. Use the front graphic’s premask to check rough alignment with rear graphic.
15 Exterior Graphic Placement
While using the handling tabs align the bottom of the Exterior Graphic to the lower character line. Ensure there is a gap between premask and lower door trim.
16 Spray Exterior Graphic Premask
Spray the top surface of the premask with the soap and water solution. This makes it possible for the squeegee to slide easily across the surface.
17 Squeegee Exterior Graphic
Use caution not to scratch the paint surface with the squeegee.
Using smooth even overlapping strokes squeegee the Exterior Graphic into position.
18 Remove PremaskCarefully remove the premask from the Exterior Graphic by slowly lifting and pulling backward at an 180º angle as shown.

Carefully remove the premask from the Exterior Graphic by slowly lifting and pulling backward at an 180º angle as shown.
20 Inspect Exterior Graphic
If bubbles are present after premask carrier removal, wrap a towel around the squeegee and carefully attempt to push the bubble to the side of the Exterior Graphic. If the bubble cannot be moved, use a sewing needle to pierce the bubble and press the remaining solution from beneath the Exterior Graphic.
Care and Cleaning
After an Exterior Graphic installation has been completed, do not high pressure wash the vehicle for 72 hours.
Visual Check
Make sure all edges are firmly adhered.

Retirez la doublure du graphique extérieur comme indiqué. Pour
éviter toute contamination, limitez le contact avec le côté adhésif
du graphisme extérieur en utilisant les languettes de manipulation.
Lavez soigneusement le véhicule avec un chiffon doux non
pelucheux. Essuyez le panneau où le graphisme extérieur sera
installé avec des lingettes alcoolisées. Laissez la zone sécher
complètement.
Alignez le graphique extérieur en position à l’aide des languettes
de manipulation et des lignes de caractères sur le bord inférieur
de la porte arrière. Voir l’étape 7 pour plus de clarté.
Vaporisez le côté adhésif du Graphic Extérieur avec la solution
d’eau et de savon. Vaporisez ensuite la surface du véhicule où le
graphisme extérieur sera installé.

PRÉPARATION – AVANT L’INSTALLATION: Remarques à l’intention de l’installateur
1. Lire le livret d’instructions en entier avant de commencer
l’installation de l’accessoire.
2. S’assurer que la surface du véhicule où sera
posé l’accessoire est bien protégée.
3. Pour éviter tout dommage au véhicule, ne jamais poser d’outils sur
les surfaces peintes, les sièges, le dessus du tableau de bord, la
console ou les tapis et la protection du plancher.
4. Toujours porter de l’équipement de sécurité approprié, dont les
gants et les lunettes protectrices lorsque cela est requis.
1. Ce produit doit être installé avec les outils d’installation adéquats.
2. Lors de l’installation du produit, respecter tous les avertissements
et prendre toutes les précautions énoncées dans le livret
d’instructions.
3. TRÈS IMPORTANT : Laver le véhicule soigneusement avec de
l’eau et du savon.

Faites attention de ne pas rayer la surface de la peinture avec la raclette.
En utilisant des mouvements doux et superposés, raclez le
graphique extérieur en position.
Racler le graphique extérieur Préparation à sec
Décollez environ 3 à 5 pouces du pré-masque du bord avant de
la porte arrière pour faciliter la vérification de l’alignement pour
l’étape suivante.
Lors de l’utilisation des languettes de manipulation, alignez le
graphique extérieur au panneau de porte.
Tout en utilisant les languettes de manipulation, alignez le côté
gauche du graphique extérieur avec le bord du panneau de porte.
Tout en utilisant les languettes de manipulation, alignez enfin le
pré-masque sur la ligne de caractères située sur le bord inférieur
de la porte arrière. Assurez-vous qu’il y a un espace entre le
pré-masque et la garniture inférieure de la porte.

Vaporisez la surface supérieure du pré-masque avec de l’eau et
du savon solution. Cela permet à la raclette de glisser facilement

Lors de l’utilisation des languettes de manipulation, alignez la droite
de l’extérieur Graphique sur le bord du panneau de porte. Ce bord
du panneau de porte servira de point d’ancrage pour le graphique
avant. Utilisez le pré-masque du graphique avant pour vérifier
l’alignement approximatif avec le graphique arrière.
Lorsque vous utilisez les onglets de manipulation, alignez le bas
du graphique extérieur sur la ligne de caractères inférieure.
Assurez-vous qu’il y a un espace entre le pré-masque et la
garniture inférieure de la porte.

Retirez la doublure du graphique extérieur comme indiqué. Pour
éviter toute contamination, limitez le contact avec le côté adhésif
du graphisme extérieur en utilisant les languettes de manipulation.
Retirer la pellicule protectrice
Vaporiser le véhicule/l’élément adhésif du graphique extérieur
Vaporisez le côté adhésif du Graphic Extérieur avec la solution
d’eau et de savon. Vaporisez ensuite la surface du véhicule où le
graphisme extérieur sera installé.
Position du graphique extérieur
Ajustement à sec
Alignez le graphique extérieur en position à l’aide des languettes
de manipulation, des encoches de porte et de la ligne de
caractères sur le bord inférieur de la porte d’entrée.
Vaporiser le prémasque du graphique extérieur
Vaporisez la surface supérieure du pré-masque avec de l’eau et du
savon solution. Cela permet à la raclette de glisser facilement
à travers la surface.

Faites attention de ne pas rayer la surface de la peinture avec la raclette.
En utilisant des mouvements doux et superposés, raclez le
graphique extérieur en position.
Retirez délicatement le pré-masque du graphique extérieur en
soulevant et en tirant lentement vers l’arrière à un angle de 180º,
comme illustré.

Si des bulles sont présentes après le retrait du support de pré-masque,
enroulez une serviette autour de la raclette et essayez soigneusement de
pousser la bulle sur le côté du graphique extérieur. Si la bulle ne peut pas être
déplacée, utilisez une aiguille à coudre pour percer la bulle et appuyez sur la
solution restante sous le graphique extérieur.

Une fois l’installation du graphisme extérieur
terminée, ne nettoyez pas le véhicule à haute
pression pendant 72 heures.
Assurez-vous que tous les bords sont
fermement collés.
