INTRODUCTION
This bulletin announces a design change to enhance the operation of the trunk latch mechanism and prevent it from releasing immediately after closing.
PRODUCTION CHANGE INFORMATION:
The new latch assembly was incorporated into production on WRX
and STI models starting with the following VIN: F*828715.
